In the event that Jason Richardson offers to resign to a max this trade is to be done after Nets sign enough matching contracts in FA as they will not have enough cap space
If Jason Richardson does not resign, salary wise this trade should work right away and can be processed right away

yep I agree, only issue is going to be if J-Rich Resigns, but that won't be too big of an issue...ashes if you would, move the picks over too him right away, as I did my cap numbers based off not having the picks
