He was a playoff team before he fucked over the Cavs...If those Cavs picks stayed with the Hornets they would have been mid to late first rounders. playoff team?? gtfo. The team missed the playoffs right before i took them over and the rest of the East just got better so how was i going to make the po's? next time speak on stuff you know. 1997: 48-34 1998: 43-49 1999: 41-41 2000: 45-37 2001: 43-39 -----------------------GM CHANGE 2002: 49-33 Thats the cavs record the previous 6 season before you took over....You could have improved them if you wanted too....Instead you got raped for Duncan.

I think Mops should stop avoiding this thread and (attempt to) provide a rationale for such a retarded move

That's the only reason I'd contemplate something like a veto or maybe even as far as a veto-fire. Mops has been around for awhile now and I just don't feel he's ever really gotten the feel of talent or value here. I can't remember a time mops winning in a deal and these past two were pretty fucking awful. What makes it worse is he has given no rationale as to why he does this. I let it slide with his last awful deal with Butler, but to simply post "agree" is ridiculous in a trade of such lop-sided proportions. Say what you want about the Cavs dealing away Duncan, they had a good mindset, stuck behind it, and have a good young core now. What do the Nuggets have?

I did this deal because I didnt like my chances to win a title.
I was also stuck in major cap hell with my fuck ups to Longley and Primo bids as I did them on my phone and didnt realize I did that shit with those ratings. My mistake. I have tried to win when I should have kept rebuilding and I have rebuilt when i should win.
I feel like I needed a fresh start. Get this team in one direction and stick to it. Which I am now doing.
I get a top 6 pick, a 15th pick, and one more first in a very deep draft. I also get my pick back to allow myself to continue to tank. I also add the Sonics pick which could be another lottery pick.

I've been trying to recover from a stupid late night trade I did with the Lakers awhile back for Crawford and Murphey in which i sent two picks. Thats fucked me so bad.
Doing this trade now puts me back in order after taking a big hit. It was hard to trade Stevenson, but in a deep draft with a high pick I feel like this gives me the best route to winning again.
Sure my team is up and down but I have a better overall winning percentage than 11 other teams in this league. You may not think thats very good, nor do I, but it doesn't mean I am always in the bottom 3 or 5. I am always right around playoff level.

So in order to fix your fuck ups, you trade the best thing that you have going for you?
Well, at least we have a reason now
