This is Part 2 of 2. I based these rankings on Age, Potential, Stats, Ratings, and my opinion. Hope you enjoy.
12.
Emeka Okafor
Age: 22
Center
San Antonio Spurs
Ratings: B C- C- A A- B
Stats: 15.9ppg 12.7rpg 3.9bpg
Outlook: Okafor is one of the most dominant big men in the league. He’s a frontrunner for defensive player of the year. Okafor leads the league in blocks per game and is third in rebounds per game. Okafor needs to work on his post moves if he plans on being an elite big men.
Projected Prime Ratings: B+ C- C- A+ A C
11.
Amare Stoudemire
Age: 22
Power Forward
New York Knicks
Ratings: A- C D+ A- B B
Stats: 20.7ppg 11.5rpg 1.7bpg
Outlook: Stoudemire finally had a breakout training camp this offseason. He’s averaging a career high in points and rebounds. If the Knicks plan to make a playoff run Stoudemire will have to step it up and take his game to the next level.
Projected Prime Ratings: A- C+ D+ A B C
10.
Tony Parker
Age: 23
Point Guard
Sacramento Kings
Ratings: A- C+ A- B+ D+ B
Stats: 21.3ppg 9.4apg 1.6spg
Outlook: Parker gets in the lane with ease and is one of the best point guards in the game. Parker is quick as anyone and he is always looking to get his teammates involved. Parker needs to work on his jump shot and free throw shooting.
Projected Prime Ratings: A C+ A B+ D+ C
9.
Dajuan Wagner
Age: 22
Shooting Guard
Sacramento Kings
Ratings: B A- B+ A- D+ C
Stats: 24.8ppg 4.8rpg 4.3apg 1.6spg
Outlook: Wagner has come into his own in Sacramento. Along with Tony Parker, they form one of the most dynamic backcourts in the league. Wagner is a match nightmare for opposing players and he’s one of the best at creating his own shot. Wagner will help get the Kings back to the playoffs in no time.
Projected Prime Ratings: B A A- A- D+ C
8.
Dwight Howard
Age: 19
Center
Charlotte Hornets
Ratings: B+ C- D A- A- B
Stats: 16.7ppg 10rpg 2.3rpg
Outlook: Howard has taken big strides during his 2nd season. With the help of Shaquille O’Neal last season, Howard has improved his offensive game and hes crashing the boards more often. Howard has a chance to move up very high on this list next season if he keeps improving at this rate.
Projected Prime Ratings: A- C D+ A+ A C
7.
Al Jefferson
Age: 20
Center
New Jersey nets
Ratings: B+ C- D- B+ A- A
Stats: 11.9ppg 9.8rpg 2.7bpg
Outlook: This spot was a tough choice between Jefferson and Howard. I feel Jefferson has more upside so I went with him. Jefferson is an afterthought on the offensive end in New Jersey which has superstars Vince Carter and Deshawn Stevenson. Once Jefferson has developed and becomes the guy in New Jersey, he will dominate and leave no doubt why he is this high on my list.
Projected Prime Ratings: A C D A- A+ C
6.
Dwyane Wade
Age: 23
Shooting guard
Vancouver Grizzlies
Ratings: A- B C+ A- C B
Stats: 22.9ppg 6.4rpg 4.8apg 2.2spg
Outlook: Wade is on his way to becoming one of the best shooting guards in the league. He commands a double team every time he touches the ball. Wade slashes to the rim with ease at any given moment. He has a good defensive game that compliments his electrifying offensive skill set. Wade will be the key for the Grizzlies to make it to the finals and get Championship number 2 for Vancouver.
Projected Prime Ratings: A- B+ B- A C C
5.
Sebastian Telfair
Age: 20
Point Guard
Minnesota Timberwolves
Ratings: C+ A- A B C- A
Stats: 16.3ppg 4rpg 9.9apg 2spg 1.8topg
Outlook: In my opinion Telfair is the best pure point guard in the league. He’s only 20 years ago and has a ton of potential. I originally had Telfair higher up on this list but I can’t really justify putting him ahead of the 4 players above him. Telfair is 2nd in the league in assist per game and shootings very good percentages from the field. At 20 years old Telfair has the Wolves going in the right direction.
Projected Prime Ratings: B- A+ A+ B+ C- C
4.
Carmelo Anthony
Age: 22
Power Forward/Small Forward
Indiana Pacers
Ratings: B+ B+ C- B B+ C
Stats: 22.4ppg 9.3rpg 1.3spg
Outlook: Melo is one of the best inside/Outside players in the league. He’s too quick for power forwards and can out muscle most small forwards. Melo has Indiana back in the thick of things in the East and should keep the Pacers in contention for many years to come.
Projected Prime Ratings: A- A- C B A- C
3.
Gilbert Arenas
Age: 23
Shooting Guard/Point Guard
Golden State Warriors
Ratings: B A- A A C B
Stats: 21.5ppg 6rpg 8.2apg 2.3spg
Outlook: Arenas recently was moved to shooting guard after the Clippers acquired Damon Stoudimire from the Dallas Mavericks. Arenas is the best 2 way player in the league right now. He will come down and drain a 3 on you and then lock you up on the defensive end. Arenas has the Clippers in contention and they could make a run in the loaded Western Conference.
Projected Prime Ratings: B+ A A+ A+ C C
2.
Deshawn Stevenson
Age: 23
Small Forward/Shooting Guard/Point Guard
New Jersey Nets
Ratings: B A- B+ B+ C C
Stats: 23.8ppg 6.4rpg 9.7apg 1.8topg
Outlook: New Jersey hit the jackpot when it traded for Deshawn Stevenson. He is one of the most versatile players in the league. Stevenson can play 3 positions at a very high level. Stevenson has the Nets contending for the first time in a while. Stevenson has no major weakness and he should continue to improve.

LeBron James
Age: 20
Small Forward
Los Angeles Lakers
Ratings: A- B A- A- B A
Stats: 22.4ppg 8.4rpg 4.9apg 1.8spg
Outlook: LeBron is one of the best all around players in the league. At the rate he’s going he will break a lot of records. Bron has all the tools you look for in a franchise player. His game is still a little raw but at 20 years old he has a lot of time learn. When it’s all said and done LeBron will go down as one of the greatest in UOSLR history.
