Clippers 2010 1st round pick (top 10 protected)
Clippers 2008 1st round pick (if pick is #25 or worse ... pick becomes Clippers 2009 1st round pick top 10 protected)

If any of those protections are still in place, they continue each year, top 10 protected until fulfilled
