Not a big fan, I think what it does if force team to carefully mannage their assets.

and the hard cap...it would suck to start paying these guys a bunch of money for just 5 mill extra in hc

I like it where it is now, makes it so five stars is tough to come by.....you have to sacrifice depth if you are going to do it....

to me the HC where iit is improves the value of late draft picks too some, cause they are cheap contracts

I had to deal with the hard cap last year and my depth suffered but I still won the championship. The year after I lost a stud due to the hard cap so yea it sucks but its good makes things difficult. Salaries are definitely rising I wish there was a softer max contract for veteran players that would solve all problems.

Numbers are constant. GMs should be able to deal with it. 45/80 is where it shall remain.
