Zach Randolph[/u]
Previous Team: Phoenix Suns
Age: 29
Ratings: B+ C D B- B+ C
Statistics: 14.1 PPG, 9.1 RPG
After a few seasons in the league, it looked like Zach Randolph was merely a fat blob who would not amount to anything in this league. However, he has seemed to find his niche as a guy who can put up big scoring and rebounding numbers in limited time. Just don't expect him to block any shots.
Sofoklis Schortsanitis[/u]
Previous Team: 76ers
Age: 25
Ratings: B+ D+ D- A- C+ C
Statistics: 9.5 PPG, 5.1 RPG
Sofoklis Schortsanitis is very similar to Zach Randolph in that they are both great inside scorers and can do their thing in limited minutes. Any team would love to have a guy who can score nearly 10 points in under 18 minutes of work. Unlike Randolph, you can expect very good post defense from Schortsantis and even though the C+ rating says otherwise, Schortsanitis is a nice rebounder as well. He'll get a ton of MLE offers.
Joel Pryzbilla[/u]
Previous Team: Miami Heat
Age: 30
Ratings: C+ C- C- A- B- C
Statistics: 9.3 PPG, 9.7 RPG, 3.8 BPG
His ratings are wack, he'll probably never average double figures in points and he shoots 40% as a 7'1 260 big man. Well, if you want to see why Pryzbilla will get offers from every team in the league, just take a look at his block per game average.
Primoz Brezec[/u]
Previous Team: Seattle Supersonics
Age: 30
Ratings: B+ C- D A- C+ D
Statistics: 17.7 PPG, 9.6 RPG
Primoz Brezec's averages of nearly 18 points and 10 rebounds a game are probably a good indication of what Sofoklis Schortsanitis could do in starters minutes.
LaMarcus Aldridge[/u]
Previous Team: Boston Celtics
Age: 25
Ratings: B+ C C- B- B B
Statistics: 14.7 PPG, 8.0 RPG, 1 BPG
Aldridge is mainly here because he may still have a good amount of potential in him. If the Celtics aren't interested in bringing Aldridge back, other teams will surely be willing to take a flier on him.
Nazr Mohammed[/u]
Previous Team: Atlanta Hawks
Age: 32
Ratings: A- C- D B B+ C
Statistics: 16 PPG, 10.2 RPG
After a couple of very good training camps, Nazr looked like he would become the next big thing at the power forward position. He never really broke out however and after a while he was dubbed as a guy who simply can't play up to his ratings. That being said he was still a serviceable player for Pistons and now the Hawks who recently upset the Bullets with Nazr's help.
Carlos Boozer[/u]
Previous Team: Denver Nuggets
Age: 28
Ratings: B C- C B A- C
Statistics: 16 PPG, 10.5 RPG, 3 APG
Carlos Boozer is in the same boat as Nazr as far as ability but he is significantly more disappointing as he was a #1 overall draft choice. Boozer looked like he would develop into a stud early on but somewhere along the way he just crapped out.
Antoine Walker[/u]
Previous Team: New York Knicks
Age: 33
Ratings: B- A- C A- C C
Statistics: 19.3 PPG, 7.1 RPG
Career salary filler Antoine Walker is coming off his best year as a pro at 33 years of age. It would seem Walker is finally becoming what people thought he would be although it is coming about 12 seasons too late. Better late than never though. Expect him to be a hot commodity.
Hedo Turkoglu[/u]
Previous Team: Sacramento Kings
Age: 31
Ratings: B- A- C+ B+ C+ D
Statistics: 18 PPG, 6.3 RPG, 6 APG
Hedo has always been a pretty good player throughout his career. His versatility was on full display this past season as the Kings ran Hedo at the 1 for a significant amount of time. He'll get a lot of MLE offers thrown at him but I think the Kings re-sign him as he is valuable.
Ron Artest[/u]
Previous Team: Detroit Pistons
Age: 30
Ratings: B B B- A C+ C
Statistics: 22 PPG, 6.8 RPG, 3.5 APG, 1.5 SPG
Aside from the first few years of his rookie deal, Ron Artest never seemed to garner interest around the league. I'm not sure if this is true or something I made up but I seem to remember something along the lines of the Pistons recently willing to give Artest away for free and being turned down lol. If the Pistons can sign Artest to a reasonable deal they will surely be able to flip him as he'd be a great starter on a team looking to compete.
Dorell Wright[/u]
Previous Team: Minnesota Timberwolves
Age: 24
Ratings: B- A- C A B- C
Statistics: 19.3 PPG, 7.1 RPG, 3 APG, 1.7 SPG
Wright will get a ton of money thrown at him off the strength of his ratings and age alone. He also happens to be a good all-around player that shoots great percentages from everywhere.
Rashard Lewis [/u]
Previous Team: Phoenix Suns
Age: 29
Ratings: C+ A- C- B B C
Statistics: 20.7 PPG, 9.0 RPG
Don't be fooled by the rather underwhelming ratings that Rashard Lewis has. Over the past 5 seasons, Lewis has averaged 24.2 points per game to go along with superb rebounding numbers. He has been a Phoenix Sun for his whole career and I expect it to stay that way as he generally flies under the radar.
Tracy McGrady[/u]
Previous Team: Washington Bullets
Age: 30
Ratings: B A- C+ A- C C
Statistics: 20 PPG, 6.9 RPG, 3.9 APG, 1.7 SPG
McGrady has really fallen off since his days with the Knicks but he's still has all-star talent and he's one of the best player in this FA class.
Brandon Roy[/u]
Previous Team: Golden State Warriors
Age: 26
Ratings: B A- B A- C C
Statistics: 17.3 PPG, 5.0 RPG, 4.0 APG
Brandon Roy is not a max player but I wouldn't be surprised if he were signed to a max deal. He's relatively young, has great ratings and probably has a decent amount of potential left as he's only been in the league 4 years. Roy at the 1 would be an interesting experiment.
Mike Miller[/u]
Previous Team: Atlanta Hawks
Age: 30
Ratings: B- A- B+ C C C
Statistics: 21.3 PPG, 5.9 RPG, 7.8 APG
Mike Miller did not look like much early in his career but in recent years he's been coveted as a sick bench scorer. Miller has proven that he is far more talent than your average bench guy as he led the Hawks in the charge against the Bullets in the last year's post season.
Mike Bibby[/u]
Previous Team: Dallas Mavericks
Age: 31
Ratings: C A A- B+ C- C
Statistics: 19.2, 8.5 APG, 1.9 SPG
Bibby has been passed around a lot lately but he's still one of the most efficient 1's in the league.
Raul Lopez[/u]
Previous Team: Phoenix Suns
Age: 30
Ratings: C A- A A- C- D
Statistics: 17.2 PPG, 8.8 APG, 2.2 SPG
With at least an A- in the outside, handling and defense ratings, Raul Lopez has quietly developed into one of the better point guards in the league. The talent at point guard is vast in this league and thus Lopez will probably never be an all-star. In spite of that, Lopez certainly seems good enough to get things done on a championship level team. The Phoenix Suns will do everything in their power to bring him back, but do not be surprised if a team with significant cap space decides to slightly overpay him.
