I needed to get some value out of Ray. I get my pick back which allows me to rebuild. I do like Douglas and Ibaka as complimentary players and I also get Billups who I think can be solid.

In case ducky needs help breaking this down:
Lakers trade Nick Young, Clippers 2012 1st and Lakers 2014 1st to the Bucks for Serge Ibaka and Bullets 1st this year
Then Lakers trade Serge Ibaka, Chauncey Billups, Toney Douglas and Bullets 1st this year to the Bullets for Ray Allen
