Why they signed: Hawks had max cap room....DSS was the top FA in this class....An all star caliber player in this league who owns career averages of 19 ppg, 6 rpg, 7 apg.....Unless the team surrounds him with talent, the Hawks are still far from competing so.....
76ers Sign PF Jermaine O'Neal for $38,250,000 over 2 years.
