I think Gilchrist should stay in school. If we keep going younger and younger we're going to run out of guys quick. I'd look to do some current Sophs/Juniors in college before we start diving into juniors in high school.

I have a list until 2013. We should be able to go off of real players for quite a few more seasons since he is spreading them out a bit.
