Good read. The Sonics aren't a surprise though and neither is Sean Williams performing well.
He also certainly was worth the max. Nice ratings, performs well and seemed to have been improving a little every year. Would it have been better if I let him walk for nothing?

To be honest I was the first one to vote 4 despite there already being a couple of 3 votes. I think this is original but lacked some content and overall organization. It wasn't a 5 but a 4 is pretty generous I think you'd be happy with that. 3 kind of blows.
