I do remember Kru complaining a while back about marty continually PMing him.
So I'm not going to say anymore since I don't know what marty said in the PM's.
Point is, Marty obviously doesn't know when the joke is dead.

Fair enough. You're right in saying that this wouldn't go to court though. I was simply saying that laws about 'things' that happen over the internet are not well known and people think they can get away with anything (which is partially true) but these days, they can't.
If I get some spare time, I'll write up what happened with my mate! It's a sick story.
