yes. My team is a year away. We should make the playoffs but we cant beat anyone in the upper half of the league. So, why should I strive to be first or second in the west when we wont get far when instead we can lose some more games, get a better pick, and still go the same distance in the playoffs?

lol. You dont get it.
Im not winning the title. Jimmy, Brandon, and Vlade need one more TC for us IMO to have a sniff at the title. Getting Drexler wasnt for a playoff push this year. It was dumping Ceballos who hasnt improved at all in this league, getting something for Douglas as I couldnt afford to resign him to a massive deal, and setting this team up for a playoff run at the title next season.

mops when you said we needed to clear cap, I thought u meant we were near the hard cap lol...
This doesn't make sense. We have a good team right now and 2nd in the west, why trade talent for nothing? We won't even have enough cap this offseason to do anything.
