I accept. Get Bullock, expiring and a pick. I realize Bullock isn't anything special, but by the time I start competing with this team Mayo will be a lot older than everyone else and not have this value.

Bullock is only in his 3rd season. He has a lot of room to grow. Mayo on the other hand is at his peak IMO.
