Guidelines:
-Try to list players at the position they played not that they are listed, specifically just PG's listed outta position should be considered at only PG....like Deshawn Stevenson
-Do Not vote for players on your own team.....I am trying to eliminate bias, and this is the best way in my mind
-there are no incentives for anybody to do this, but if you return it great
