I'm sure that they got a 2 year serverance pay and they made well over 50k in less than a month by selling all those season tickets. Plus the Heat are putting them in some agency to get them other jobs. So i don't find it too bad. and what would any company do if they had over 30 employees with nothing to do?

Miami is a party city. There are no loyal fans there. When wade was hurt and they had their post-championship 'tank' season before drafting beasley, they had no one in the stands. Now that they have the big 3 they will sell out every game, sux for the staff of the ticket sales
