crazymike, it's time to cut ties. You got on again after I posted my warning, which was an announcement btw, and still no DC. I've tolerated less than stellar activity because I like you and you're a nice guy, and you've kept a solid team afloat.

It does suck, and like royale, he immediately posts after I made the decision to fire him, but I'm sorry, he missed the 2nd sim, even if it was close. He had ample time and this needs to be done.
My decision stands.

I got criticized for calling out mike before. He was flaky when it came to activity. He would be really active for like 3 days, then suck for about a week. Then another week, then another week, then have like 50 posts in a day.
