Spurs 1995 1st
Grizzlies 2000 1st
Warriors owed 1st to Grizzlies by 2000
I accept. Rod doesn't fit into our long term plans now that we missed out on Shaq. This is only fitting.

The owed first will be nothing. Only thing of risk the Grizz 2000 1st, but he can't tank again this year, so the deal is nice for both sides.
