I got screwed out of Al Jeff You also got him through luck via free agency after the Nets lost him. Did you even put in a bid for him, no offense you also missed the re-signgings post. This is far different, so did BS around like it is. Yeah people get lucky and sign players in FA... that's the point of it. I did not get online when re-signings were around as I was asleep... kinda hard to do so. Then I PM'd Ducky about it saying I obviously would've accepted it, and yet draft got done mega fast and FA got simmed the next time I was asleep with no bid put in for me to re-sign Al Jeff back? Nah, that's getting screwed. Losing someone fairly in FA is just FA, but losing someone like that is getting screwed.

I also lost Tony Parker previously, compare your luck to mine. I mean you also landed Etienne Preira with along with Al Jefferson. I took the worst team in the league with no picks and no talent and made a strong bid to land Preira when nobody else did. So what? You land players in FA. You make cap space in order to do so. You put your team in the position to make these kinds of moves. That's not all luck that's good GM'ing too.

Tiger, you're acting as if you never got luck. Do I need to count the amount of times I dropped out as well? Stop complaining. No I'm not, I'm saying after what happened with Al Jeff I went from a contending team to nothing in one move which I could not help but someone should have done something about it. You just lost a player in FA the fair and square way and you're pissed about it. I get it. But chill out.

Except you're complaining about Jefferson, when you got lucky getting him in the first place and you're trying to compare the two cases. That's bullshit. Don't complain how you weren't getting lucky at least when you're talking to me. Have I ever signed a top free agent like Al Jefferson or EP? No.

I had cap room and put in bids for him (i offered around 10 millon). Losing players like that in free agency and getting them like that is PURE LUCK.

I made moves to get cap room. What do you expect to get for that? Nothing? I put my team in that position, took a risk and it paid off. Was EP a top player when I signed him? Don't be silly. I took him in his 3rd year in the league when he was nowhere near a star.

Landing someone in FA is luck too, sure, but it's not all luck because if I hadn't had cap space I wouldn't have been able to do it.

Getting cap room and signing someone is pure luck. EP was a top player, everyone knew he was going to be good, even the Hawks GM at the time was complaining for seasons on end that he wanted to extend EP a third year.

Stop complaining that your luck is worse than mine.
