Strengths:[/u] Jean-Charles is a very strong defender. He can play both SF and SG, and do very well at both positions. He is a streaky shooter who's three-point shooting is actually better than his mid-range game. He takes very good care of the ball and is a very solid rebounder that uses his strength to box out his opponents.
Weaknesses:[/u] His scoring needs to improve to see significant minutes at the next level. He doesn't create shots for himself or for his teammates very well. He is an underwhelming athlete to say the least.
Scout's Take:[/u] Livio is a huge name in Europe. After many rumors of him declaring in the past years, it seems to be finally getting closer and closer. Livio has all the talent a team could want and his upside is very promising. Could possibly be a star, but might need a little help along the way.
