you said apporximately, which means close too, 1.8 million more is not close when we are talking about a guess of 2 million It's not so far off if we're talking about population numbers. lol guessing 50% of the actual value is pretty far off, percentages don't care about sample size |

And mathematically, yeah you'd be far off. But your example of 1 item vs 2 items is basically the bare minimum of real world application, so sure you can be close there.
But guessing 1.8 million and the answer ends up being double that, yeah you're pretty fucking far off.
