And mathematically, yeah you'd be far off. But your example of 1 item vs 2 items is basically the bare minimum of real world application, so sure you can be close there. But guessing 1.8 million and the answer ends up being double that, yeah you're pretty fucking far off. If we're talking about mathematical application, 1.8 million is far off but if we're talking about population size. I'm not so far off. If I guessed America had 350 million and I was off by 10 million, that would be off by a lot in your book, is that right? |
