State of the Franchise - Houston Rockets
Here is as an overview of the Houston Rockets. There place in UOSLR History and how their current roster and Gm situation measures up.
Current GM – Ducky - 9 of 15 years with 41 wins or playoffs.
Former GMs – AScott, Spirit, Bronson, Unknown.
0 Championships in 4 Finals appearances over 27 UOSLR Seasons
Regular Season Record - 1109-1105 = 41 wins per season
Playoff W-L Record – 96-77 in 14 appearances
FBB Win Rating – 38
Summary…
The Rockets had all their most successful seasons under Ducky so him returning is huge for them overall. Unfortunately they could never win the big game, getting to the Finals 4 times and never winning. Ducky is in the beginning stages of his return and it will be interesting to see how his rebuild goes. By the way, rebuilding does get a little easier when you can start with a franchise player like Jonas Valanciunas already on the roster. He’s a stud.
Here is a look at their current roster…
619 Jonas Valanciunas C 24 6'11'' 265 A- C+ C A- A B
570 Joakim Noah C 32 6'11'' 241 B- C F+ B+ B- D

328 Dominique Jones SG 29 6'4'' 215 B+ C+ C B+ D+ C
554 Ricardo Ledo SG 23 6'5'' 190 C+ B+ C- C+ C- B
334 Jabari Brown SG 24 6'6'' 210 C+ B C C D C
362 Kyrie Irving PG 25 6'1'' 177 C+ B B A- D+ C
616 Justin Diaz-Miguel PG 26 6'2'' 211 C C+ A B+ D D
142 Marcus Allen PG 22 5'9'' 165 C- A- B- C D D
Jonas Valanciunas is a beast. 25 points and 12 boards from the center position is just unreal. You just can’t ask for more production there. Kahari Beaufort is a promising young wing. Beaufort is extremely raw, but he should be good one day. After these 2 it gets real thin, real fast. You wonder, how do you lose with a stud player like Valanciunas on your team? Its easy, don’t surround him with anything but scrubs. Ducky has done a good job of that. The Rockets are in line for another top lotto pick and with that and another TC from Beaufort things may look very good in Houston.
