For the draft, if you are on within 5 picks of your pick, and leave no list (only during a reasonable time window, 7 PST to 9 PST) then you will be treated as if you were on the boards at your pick, 30 minute time limit
So say you pick at 13...you get on during the day, when pick 8 is on the clock, and dont leave a list, then leave, when your pick is on the clock, regardless of whether you are on the boards, you will be given thirty minutes to make your selection

How is 9 pst reasonable for the east coasters? How is that not reasonable? If you're on and you pick within the next 5 picks...You should send a list before you get off for the night and not hold the draft up.

How is 9 pst reasonable for the east coasters? Yeah, its if you are on, I am giving leeway for the 7 hours between 12 and 7, because honestly, if you are tired, you may not notice
