Welcome to this roundtable discussion. This article’s participants are: tmaczdaddy, db, csdude07, brophdog88, ducky, mops, marty, chipper, spencer...was suppose to be 10 but somebody, who will go unnamed, bitched out.
1. Who is a better team now, the Hornets or the Grizzlies? Why?
tmaczdaddy: I would have to go with the Hornets, especially after making another good move to land one of the top scorers in the league(Drazen Petrovic) which will provide a lot of help to an already stacked team. Although csdude's Grizzlies are a very very good team, the Hornets are just too good.
DB: This is a tough one but I will go with the Hornets. While the Grizzlies have more wins and 1 less loss, the Hornets are the dominate team between the two and their match up proved that. The hornets have the best trio this league has ever seen, they are very hard to match up against. While you can put your best defender on one guy, two others will come attacking, they are very dominate. Their only weakness would have to be at point guard, that could hurt them come playoffs.
csdude07: Hornets. They may have a slightly less impressive record, but this team is built to win the championship again. They are even scarier now that they have acquired Drazen. This means that Charlotte will have 4 guys that can score with the best of anyone at their position. The Grizzlies can't match that because they only have 2 offensive options that are on the same level as the Hornets' players. Plus, let's not forget that the Hornets have already beaten the Grizzlies this season, so if the Grizzlies want to prove people otherwise, they will have to come up with a win on day 79.
Brophdog88: I am gonna say the Hornets. With the acquisition of Petrovic, they now have 4 players that can go for 35 on any given night. They have probably the top player at PF and arguably SF, with Malone and Johnson, and depth. The Grizzlies have an ewxcellent starting five, but only 3 of the starting 5 could hurt you offensively consistently. The big kicker is the bench though. Bradley is better than Smith if only due to his elite blocking skills(2.7 in only 21 minutes per game) while Salley is equal to any backup PF that Vancouver has if not better. At SF it may lean to the Grizz, but with the Hornet acquisition of Petrovic, Gamble can now slide in as backup SF and SG. At PG it is clearly in favor of the Hornets with Skiles and Webb being better than anything that can be offered from the Bench on the Grizz.
So the Matchups are
C-In favor of Grizz but not too excessively.
PF-In favor of the Hornets...by a lot
SF-In favor of the Hornets by quite a bit
SG-Its a wash, due to Petrovic's TO's
PG-In favor of the Grizz, by a decent Margin
Bench-In favor of the Hornets by a decent margin...
ducky: I think with Spencer's recent acquisition of Petrovic, that puts the Hornets over the top. Also I feel like the Grizzlies rely heavily on Shaq. Vancouver has 4 good starters and 1 stud (Although Houston is looking pretty hot right now). With the Hornets, I see 3 studs and 2 good starters. Both have done a fantastic job, but I gotta side with the Hornets here.
Mops: Wow, what a way to start things off. Right now the Grizz have the best player in the league in my opinion right now in Shaq. He is a total beast and makes every player around him better because of all the attention he demands on offense and then how much he can make up for a team's defensive errors. Allan Houston, Rod Strickland, Pervis Ellison, and Lionel Simmons are all very good players as well. Allan and Houston IMO could be a good amount of team's first option yet they are 2nd and third.
However, I am going to have to go with the Hornets as the better team right now because of the depth of "Star Power" on their team. Yes they don't have Shaq or a player as good as him, but they are loaded with talent that is just as good or better than Houston or Strickland. Karl Malone, Alonzo Mourning, Larry Johnson, and Darrell Armstrong are all very good players. Mix in Salley, Skiles, Webb, and Bradley and you have the perfect team to win a title and to beat out the Grizz.
Marty: Hornets, they are the defending champions with virtually the same exact team as last year and have just recently added Drazen Petrovic to further strengthen their squad.
Chipper: I gotta go with the Hornets. The Grizzlies have Shaq and a couple of other good players, but the Hornets have a really, really, REALLY complete and utterly awesome team. I feel pretty bad that I pretty much handed them the title, though I did get decent value in return.
Spencer: Hornets. I think the Drazen trade put me over the top. That doesn't mean that the Grizzlies arent one of the nastiest teams ever assembled.
2. Which team will be better in 3 years, Hornets or Grizzlies? Why?
tmaczdaddy: I would have to say the Grizzlies, just because they have most their picks in the future. Malone is getting older, and I don't think they will have enough money to resign all the players expiring in a couple years. But who knows, Spencer has been able to do wonders with this team. Also the Grizz have a couple players yet to hit their prime which is scary.
DB: I would have to say the grizzlies at this point. Shaq is only 23 years old and they are still relatively young through out the line up. They have a well rounded squad that will be dominate for many years as the hornets have a good trio but after that their are many questions.
Csdude07: It's tough to predict who will be better in the future because trades always have a HUGE impact. With that said, Spencer's best player, Malone, is 32, and in 3 years who knows how he will be playing. This is something that favors the Grizz because both Shaq and Houston are still very young and developing. What hurts the Grizz is that they do not have their future draft picks. Thanks to the previous GM, Vancouver doesn't have a draft pick until 1999. Draft picks would help the Grizz in future trades possibly, such as sending away 1sts for solid players to win now. This is something the Grizz do not have.
Brophdog88: Easy or so it would seem, with the Hornets stars getting older and past their prime this is an easy call. The Grizzlies are in good shape as they have Shaq, Houston, Simmons, and some hope in Eisley. This is based on the assumption that the Grizz manage to keep these three, though, and that doesn't appear likely. With the hard cap at only $54,000,000 the Grizz are dangerously close to going over reaching that mark, and don't have much coming off cap wise, other than Simmons, and next year they will probably have to let either Houston or Shaq walk due to the cap space being eaten up by some of the mediocre players, but its seems evenly distributed. neither team is in great cap space, but at least the Hornets can afford to (most likely) resign their stars, and they can buyout Spud Webb next year. In all it would seem a Wash. But with LJ and Alonzo, and cap issues less outstanding, I am gonna say that the Hornets will be better in three Years still, as Malone is still a stud
ducky: This one is a lot harder, but I still gotta go with the Hornets. If they keep ZO and LJ together, they will be a serious contender for the next 5-10 years. Grizzlies also have a nice young team with Shaq and Allan Houston. This could go either way, but Hornets seem to have a little more fire power.
Mops: When Looking at each team it is clear the Grizz are geared to winning down the road and right now is more of a surprise to this season. The Hornets are built to win now with Johnson and Mourning being their only youth on the team. However, when I look into the future I think of what each GM has done in the past. The Grizz got Shaq and any team that gets Shaq will be in position to be the best team in the league. When I look at the Hornets I see their GM, Spencer, who is never satisfied and is always looking to make a move to get better. Thus I think Spence has some master plan up his sleeve where he is going to clean house, take a year of lumps, and be right back where he was at 2 years ago in 3 years, primed for a big run at multiple titles.
So I am going to go with the Hornets because of the track record of Spencer and his trades, lucky, and his drafting skill to take him over the top.
Marty: This really is a toss-up as there are many variables like expiring contracts, retirement, trades etc. The Grizz should have Shaq and Houston in their prime and the Hornets should have Zo and LJ in theirs. Shaq already one of the best, if not the best player in the league, in 3 years I think he’ll only be stronger.
Chipper: I'm gonna go with the Hornets again, and if they can find a younger, more consistent PG, that will reinforce the message, IMO.
Spencer: Hornets. I think while Shaq will be the best player in the league, the Hornets will have 2 younger studs in Larry Johnson and Alonzo Mourning and a declining but still solid PF Karl Malone
3. Name one player you would love to have on your team right now. Why did you pick him?
tmaczdaddy: ET. He is one of the biggest surprises in UOSLR, went from looking like nothing to a star 3 years later. He's only 23 and is already putting up MVP type stats, who wouldn't want a player like Priera(is that spelled right?).
DB: Shaquille O'Neal. Big men dominate this league right now, he can score, rebound, and block, he will be the best player in this league for 12 years. I think he will get himself around 5 or so rings here.
csdude07: Michael Jordan. Guy carried a team to the final and won the championship. Does everything at the guard position and then some. A A- A- A+ is sick, and I couldn't imagine the damage he could do alongside Shaq. Having A inside at the 2 position is so unique. His scoring comes from everywhere on the court, but that A inside allows for more free throw shooting which means more foul trouble for the opposition. This guy just creates match-up problems everywhere. Oh btw, his defense is nasty. Steals AND blocks.
Brophdog88: Easy pick, Shaquille O'neal.......ok now that I'm done with the obvious choice I'm gonna go a little off the wall, and say Allan Houston...That A+ outside has made him an elite scorer this early in his career, and with some work on that inside game he would be deadly. The sad part is, had he fallen to me at 7 I would have thought about passing on him, as I was skeptical as to whether he would actually develop, but he definitely did. Honorable Mention would have to go to Etienne Preira, because a 6'7" Point Guard/Shooting Guard can create all sorts of problems, and then to Chris Webber, as he has turned Elite as expected, and creates mismatch problems in the post with his skill set....
Ducky: Shaquille O'Neal. He's going to win a ton of awards, including MVPs. He's the type of player that makes you an immediate championship contender. Grizzlies are lucky to have him right now, and if they lock him up, we'll be seeing a lot of Grizzlies-Hornets matchups. Plus after seeing the dream take a little hit this season, it makes me wonder who will be the next great big man. Shaq will be that guy..
Mops: The first thought that came to mind was the sole reason I am struggling right now, Jimmy Jackson. Last year we challenged for a title and we had the Grizz on the ropes to only see us choke it away. I was thinking one more TC and we'd finally get over the hump and be looked at as a legit title team. Then I took a closer look at his ratings and his stats. Yes he is averaging 20 ppg and doing exactly what he was doing last year, then I saw his ratings took a massive hit and made me re-think my choice. Seeing his inside scoring go down, defense I believe go down, and his potential go down, I had to choose someone else. With my cap situation and seeing how JJ had a bad TC maybe it was not such a big idea I lost him.
My next thought went to the Bulls Etienne Preira because of his story, production, and his nasty ratings. B-,A,B+,B+,C,A. SICK! He could easily give me major flexibility with my current roster. I wouldn't have traded Dell Curry and my Warriors first for JR Rider. He could play backup PG while also stating at SG. On top of that he could also play backup SF and have Robinson play at PF only. Did I also say he is scoring 25 a game while chipping in 6 boards and 7 dimes a game! And hes got A potential! Fricking unreal. Bulls might have the league's best player in about 3 years. Time will tell.
Marty: Shaquille O’Neal, I don’t think there’s anyone I would rather have. The most dominant big man in the game.
Chipper: Shaq. Young, dominant center who will be the best center in the league for a long, long time.
Spencer: Shaq. Id go huge and play LJ at Sg and Malone at SF. Sad thing is, I owned the pick that selected Shaq. Horrible trade by me. Dominique Wilkins sucked for me and only recently becaome an elite player again.
4. Name one player who is much worse in his uoslr version than his nba version and why do you believe he is worse? Such reasons can include his rebounding isn't as good, his uoslr version can't hit the 3, or he is hated by all fans of the Rockets.
tmaczdaddy: IDK. I guess AC Green, but that's just because he is one of my favorite players ever. I always thought he was much better then what his stats showed in the NBA. Thought he should be a little better here, but I am biased.
DB: To tell you the truth, I tried to find someone and I really could not pin point anyone. I am sure there are guys who I missed but I think everything rating wise is fine in this league.
csdude07: I looked around and couldn't really find anything that stood out, so I will say Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. I know that these guys are old, and Larry didn't even play in 95-96, BUT, when I think of these two rivals, I don't think of the shit numbers they are putting up for their teams right now. Again, I know they are old but in my mind, Larry and Magic are not associated with 7.1 and 10.0 ppg, respectively.
Brophdog88: I know it seems odd, since in real life he didn't play during this period, but Magic Johnson. The sim just can't comprehend the effect he had on games, his versatility, his excellence at so many area's of the game...A player at his size, handling Point to Forward, he was so dominant in an era where it was tougher to get assists then now. He hasn't played like his real like counter part at all, and no one is really to be faulted, its just the way some players are, so unique they are tough to recreate.
Ducky: I know it's a little early, but I was expecting J.R. Rider to be a stud in this league. I'm kind of disappointed how he's done after a couple years. He was so sick when he entered the NBA. Averaged over 20ppg just after his second year in the league.
Mops: Right now I would have to say Eddie Jones of the Nets or Rasheed Wallace of the Bulls. Jones in real life right now was an All-Star and was basking in the LA glory. He seemed destined for stardom and i am really wondering if he is ever going to live up to that real life production.
I couldn't just pick one player so I had to also mention Rasheed Wallace. Now i know it took awhile for him in real life to get going, but I honestly thought he'd be doing better than 9 or so points, 7 or so rebounds, and a few assists a game. He still has a lot of room to grow as he is only 20, but still, I think his talent level is in question.
On a side note I would also have to mention Toni Kukoc from my team. Dude just blows and looked to be a good 5th or 6th man when i drafted him.
Marty: I don’t see anyone who’s worse in UOSLR than his NBA counter-part. If anything, there are many players who are much better than their NBA counter-parts. For the most part ratings are up to par with real life statistics.
Chipper: I guess Alan Henderson. Alan wasn't that bad when he was with the Hawks. I guess because there are no Hawks fans creating things up there. But then again, how many Hawks fans are there really in this country? Not many.
Spencer: Chris Mullin. While he has improved this year, I hate that he had a stigma of being a turnover whore because he was such a great player to watch in the NBA. Such a good shooter and scorer, who had quick hands and could steal the ball with ease.
5. Which team is in the worse shape for the future (aka after this season)? Why?
tmaczdaddy: Celtics IMO. They are going to have a very difficult time dealing their 30+ players with big ass contracts. There's prolly a worse team right now, but this team pops to mind right away. Sorry dash
DB: Clippers are in some bad shape. They have glenn robinson to build around, but they do not have their first this season, they are playing really bad. They need to stock pile some firsts and start rebuilding through the draft/fa.
csdude07: Detroit Pistons. Rice and Stockton are gone and they don't have their pick for this amazing draft for which they should have a lotto record.
brophdog88: Detroit, as they do not have their own pick in this draft, and are third worst in the league, in what will probably the best draft in the history of UOSLR. They traded away Rice and Stockton to the team that had their pick and failed to get it back in return. Excellent manuvering by the Mavericks, but it has really left the Pistons hurting. Maybe they can turn that Nuggets pick into something, bnut now that its not in idle's hands, I would guess Mops tries to win.
ducky: Houston Rockets. Look how old my team is, half of my players are about to die.
Mops: Right now I would have to say Pacman(CC) simply because his team looks to be sliding a bit right now and he is struggling to stay above 500 lately. Not saying he won't fix the problem, because I know he will find some way to smooze a gm into giving him a star player for practically free like he did for sir charles. None the less, right now it would have to be the Warriors.
Marty: New York Knicks- Virtually no picks for the next 5 years. They are not even a .500 team this year and they are just going to get much older. Rodman will be 35 next year and rumors have swirled abouth is retirement. Miller will be 31, Harper 32, and Adams 33.
Basone has stated his picks will never be lotto, but we all know his picks are always lotto.
Chipper: The Pistons, because they didn't even get their own pick back in that trade of his.
Spencer: Clippers. Horrible team. No pick this year. Crazy Mike as GM? No hope.
6. If you could fire 1 GM which GM would that be? Who would you replace them with?
tmaczdaddy: Marty. Anyone else
DB: I guess if it had to be someone it would be crazy mike, he has done a pretty bad job over there. He needs to get his act together. I would hire Dave K.
csdude07: Crazymike. I understand that in FA crazymike was trying to assemble a team that would be able to win, but I think he got a little carried away and attempted to sign too many average players to average contracts. Now he has a team full of mainly scrubs signed to multi-year deals which won't allow him to try for big name FA's in the next couple of FA's. I say boot mike and bring in C-Wizz.
Brophdog88: CSdude....what he has done to that Grizz franchise to turn it around so quickly scares me......or CWizz, just to make sure he doesn't come back........
Ok in all seriousness, I would fire arroyo03, not because of his talent or anything like that but due to the way he got into the league. He basically jumped the waiting list, kinda defeating the purpose of the waiting list. I know he got the team under terrible circumstances, but I think that people would have been pissed had Zyme just handed me the reins to Portland and I jumped my way past a lot of people.
Ducky: Dash. He never posts anymore and seems to be around in lots of other sims, but not UOSLR.
Mops: Ha, I am gonna say this simply because I know he is going to say me because he is still all pissed that he's got sand in his vage about my trade involving Vlade. He's trying to take over threads I am in to beat me down. Heres to you Schmarnz.
Marty: Mops. He has done nothing but cause mad confusion with trades. He first backs out of my trade with Vlade Divac and blames it on his laptop which magically made him miss the one word that totally changes the meaning of the sentence which is no. Then, he posts a deal which was never confirmed by Idle. When I try to re-visit talks about Divac he goes on some rant and makes up some story that I never would deal with him again. He’s a joke and a terrible GM, now he’s stuck with Porter’s awful contract and people will be less willing to deal with him after this fiasco.
Chipper: I'd fire MTG and hire DBW. Just because DBW is pwnage.
Spencer: W, mostly cause he sucks. I think even if he makes the playoffs he should be replaced. Sucks that he got the jump on other GMs. Play needs to be in here. Very good GM with an attitude I can admire.
7. If you had the first pick, staying with your current team, would you pick KG (Kevin Garnett PF 6'11'' 220 20 B- C C B+ B- A) or Kobe (Kobe Bryant SG 6'6'' 192 17 B- B- C+ B- C A)? Why?
tmaczdaddy: Kobe Bryant, although I hate them both Kobe has the ability to become a Jordan like player. While KG can do everything Kobe is younger, better scorer, and will lead you to more championships.
DB: Kevin Garnett. Even though I know Kobe is going to be an absolute beast, I would rather build around a big man like KG. He is going to dominate and big men are hard to get in this league that are that good. I need one badly anyone. KG, reggie and co would be awesome.
Csdude07: I would say pick the big man...except for when Kobe is the other option. Kobe will have Jordan-esque ratings in UOSLR, i think. Plus, Kobe is 17 years old, which means he is very raw and has a remarkably high ceiling. If he develops anywhere close to MJ he should carry his team to at least 1 championship, if not more. I would go for Kobe.
Brophdog88: I would choose Kobe, and team him up with Nick in the backcourt for my Nets. A great point guard thrives off a great SG, and vice versa, just look at Minor and Payton suddenly clicking and Minor going off for 50. My biggest weakness is at SG, and Kobe would instantly fill a need, and he's only 17. But wait, because I want to throw a name out there people may not be thinking of. I don't see why Garnett would leave when he would have been the #1 pick last year probably, and went to school because he wanted to. unless he is flunking out, I see him staying at school for a while, and there is a Junior playing at Wake Forest this year that has been catching the eyes of scouts. Tim Duncan......
Ducky: Kobe Bryant. Shaq, ZO, Cwebb, etc.. We already have some sick up and coming big men. But we don't have that MJ type young guy coming up. Kobe will be the next big thing. At only 17 years old, he'll stick around for a long time too.
Mops: I would go Kevin Garnett. I think guards are a dime a dozen and its pretty easy to find a guy who can fill the bucket enough at SG and the fact that KG enteres the league as a big man that already can guard almost every PF in the league and is only 20 while also having a chance to be a damn good inside player as well. It would be hard to pass up Kobe because I do need a SG and he is only 17! What the hell, I am going to change it up mid-question and change it to Kobe! Dude's just too damn good and even though I hate his ass he's the closest thing to MJ right now(IN UOSLR).
Marty: Based off need, Kobe Bryant would be my pick, but I would still much prefer KG. KG could play the 3 and then move to the 4 once Tarpley retires.
Chipper: KG, because I'd rather him than PJ Brown at forward, and Respert's doing pretty well for a rookie SG, tbh. But Kobe'd be beast on my team, and would end up as an option for.... I guess forever.
Spencer: Kobe. I hate Kobe but he should be an absolute beats on offense and defense. No reason he cant be a #1 option and one of the best playes in the sim.
8. Kazaam, Space Jam, or He Got Game? Why?
tmaczdaddy: Space Jam. All-time favorite.
DB: White Men Can't Jump.
Csdude07: Are you serious??? Space Jam dude. One of my favorite all time movies. "I may not be very tall, but I'm slow!" Lmao. GTFO the court.
Brophdog88: Space Jam...Michael Jordan, Looney Tunes, crazy aliens....need I say more?
Ducky: Space Jam, cuz the cartoon characters and music are so damn cool!
Mops: HMMMM Kazaam was awful. Space Jam had MJ and other great players. However I am gonna have to go with Jesus Shuttles because Ray has a damn fine stroke, Damn fine girlfriend, and a damn fine two-some that would be bad ass to have. LOL. All serious, He Got Game was a pretty damn good movie out of the three athletes and Ray actually could act where as Shaq was goofy and MJ seemed awkward. And those banging girls he hooked up with on his recruiting visit and the Carnival ride....ooOOOOOOO.
Marty: Neither, they all suck. Blue chips = best basketball movie of all time.
Chipper: Space Jam, actually. One of my all-time favorite movies, and I was absolutely addicted to it as a kid. But Kazaam is hilarious, and runs a close 2nd for me.
Spencer: Ive only seen He Got Game and I thought it sucked. So, Id say Hoosiers!
9. Which draft year are you most looking forward to and why?
tmaczdaddy: This upcoming draft, just with KG and Kobe alone this draft has potential to be HUGE. I got 3 potential lotto picks and I'm stoked for this draft. A lot of talent if the players that expected to declare, do declare.
DB: This years, I can't wait to see where Kobe and KG go.
Csdude07: Well, to tell the truth, I hope to win for the next several years. So if I don't trade away any players for great draft picks, I will be looking forward to 2003 and on, because those will be the drafts with the greats of today like Lebron, Wade, and Melo. Also, I'm looking forward to when Yao Ming will come out.
Brophdog88: Hmm...tough one, but probably the 1997 one, because I want to see who comes out and who stays this year, and if Timmy doesn't leave, it could be a very deep class, with talent everywhere.
Ducky: 2007. Greg Oden! It'll be fun to relive the 2007 draft. I think we'll see a completely different outcome in UOSLR than what actually happened.
Mops: 1996. Sadly, I don't have my own pick. This draft has some of my favorite players of all time starting with Steve Nash. Nash can do things with a ball I never knew was possible and makes watching basketball fun. KG before Boston was everyone's hero. Plus he was all by himself yet always made his team relevant in the NBA for all those years. Now I hate KG but thats now and this is then. Jermaine O'Neal was my favorite blazer growing up on my second favorite team. I rooted for him strictly because he was 18 when he was in the NBA and it just seemed so cool that he was on the blazers even though he had a lot of work. Then there is Ray...I spent two years going to school in Seattle for college and I spent many a night sneaking down to floor level seats to get a better view of Ray shooting the lights out. Deadly. Love it.
Marty: The 2000 drafts when I actually have my own picks.
Chipper: Hmm, I guess this season, but I doubt all of the players come out. If they all do, hello stacked draft class, and hello missed opportunity to rebuild PROPERLY.
Spencer: 03. Bron, Enough said.
10. What is one thing that makes this league great and one thing that you would change? Please explain you answer.
tmaczdaddy: The GM's are amazing here, hard to find another league with GM's as dedicated as this. And ashes also, never late on sims creates great draft files and finds ways to keep everyone active and happy.
I honestly don't think there is much to change here, maybe set some guidelines about agreeing/posting trades and then declining later(that has happened a lot lately.
DB: The article voting, makes great for activity.
I would change nothing about this league right now, it is in the right direction and looking good.
Csdude07: UOSLR is sick. I've been in many leagues before, but this is by far the best one. Why? All starts at the top. Ashes is a beastly commish. Nuff said.
One thing I would change...The Hornets and their endless supply of good players. I would like to make that go away please, thank you.
Brophdog88: Damn, this question.....honestly, and I know this answer has been given before, but its ashes. Its is one thing to run a league with so many demands without missing a day, but for someone not in the league as a team owner, it is impressive. I am pretty sure that no sim has been missed, and that is amazing, I mean, I would figure at some point for him to be gone, but nothing. Everything about this league is transparent, there is no worry about collusion, or self-interest getting in the way....(although Ducky has the Rockets....hmmmm.....). If I could change one thing about UOSLR, it would have to be nothing I can think of thats serious....maybe I would change the uhhhh....yeah, I really can't come up with anything...so yeah, no wait, the Advertisement that pops up in the Shoutbox...hah, found something!!!
Ducky: All the GMs in this league are very enjoyable. It's competitive enough to keep you on your toes, but at the same time, you can get away with a little rape.
Nothing's wrong. This shit is perfect!
Mops: I love the community of this league. It matches none other of all the leagues I am in and have been in. I know in most times of the day when I log in there will be 1-4 other people online and that's pretty damn good IMO for a league like ours.
The one thing I'd love to see more of would be more draft stuff. That is my favorite part of sims. Looking for that gem, trying to figure out who is gonna be good, who is gonna be a bust. I dont know, maybe see if ashes could put together a Pre-Draft Sim where we could see these guys in action, maybe do more indepth reports(if thats even possible), maybe give updates throughout the year as this player is picking up steam, this guys getting worse.
Marty: It’s semi-competive and fairly active. Some of the GMs are really annoying so if we could get rid of arroyo and mops we’d be much better off.
Chipper: Ducky's rants on how Yao can suck it is what makes this league great. If I could change one thing, I'd probably just make the article limits non existent.
Spencer: I like how great Ashses is at simming. Very consistent. The back bone of a great sim is the sim schedule.
I literally cant stand about 5 GMs. I cant even bother to read their posts because its painful. So ya, fire about 5 guys and hire guys that arent morons. YEE!
YEE!
