How about I separate them into teams that had the #1 pick and teams that didn’t. That’s really the only way to decide. SO:
#1 pick rankings:
1) Spencer … Outlaw … Csdude
Non #1 pick rankings:
1.Me … 2) Idle … only because he has my back in this debate

Oh wow. Idle is offically UOSLR’s first GM to be on shaunkol’s top 5 best, AND top 5 worst GM list. Here it is, in no particular order
Idle, Crazy, Allstar, Jahall, Chipper … no offense to these fellas, but of the franchises current and past performance, that’s my list

They've been so good but so bad for the past few years that people are starting to sleep on them. The Dallas Mavericks are looking like they finally are starting to figure out things mostly due to the veteran leadership of Danny Manning. Glen Rice is also the best kept secret in the league. I love that guy!
I've gotten to the 2nd round 2x - never had a top 3 pick - missed the creation draft/1st 2 season... Best GM, Worst GM, and Most Underrated Team.
