Burks is solid, hopefully he won't ask for a max deal. That's what I'm banking on anyway. He's not all that great but he's solid like I say. The next best offer I had was from DB who offered up two prospects and two picks, but I prefer Burks to the two prospects he offered. Overall I think this is decent value for Deng, who is still a beast.

I agree.
Burks had one good TC and that was 3 years ago...i had high hopes for him but Deng is an upgrade and adds some scoring and rebounding. Plus he is on a more-than-reasonable contract for the next few years

i liked burks too, but my only fear was that he was Clark Overrated 2.0...like in UOSL2.0
